I believe as a human being we each need to find an outlet to release. Everything we do on a regular basis is a form of intake. Learning, breathing, seeing, smelling. We take all of that in. Something needs to be let out in return. There needs to be some balance. I am a firm believer in balance. I release through art, fashion, and music. Find an outlet. It will save you.

Tomorrow is body detox day. I'm off to the dentist @ 10:30 so no sleeping in for me. Water with lemon, fruit juice, and sushi tomorrow. I need to clean out all the junk I've been eating!
